I'm not sure what it could be. On the highway, I raced someone and downshifted to 4th and later on, motor stalled out while going 70 MPH.
Cranked it back up. Now, the car feels funny/weak. Well, I blew my turbo...and I took off the turbo and put on my stock header and the car still feels funny/weak.
When I slow down and stop, the cars RPM drops, almost stalls. And if I take off, and when the clutch engages, RPM drops a LOT.
Is this VALVE train related or Ignition related?
My vacuum is -20 and does not fluctuate. I need to figure out whats wrong.
Could it be timing is off? Or valves need adjustments? Because I remember before, when I listen to the exhaust sound it sounds smooth, now if I listen carefully I can hear a "boom boom booom" it doesn't sound smooth.
